The food is outstanding and excellent. It has an excellent and unbeatable location, very close to bars, music, restaurants, and the Sheraton Westport Plaza. You'll need 5 minutes to walk to Bradford's Pub with nice drinks.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was updated and reasonably large, provided with a Queen size bed, and internet. the breakfast was satisfactory with a lot of food choices. the location was magnificent on the edges of the ceiling. We didn't want to leave and would book here again.

Affordable hotel in a downtown area close to restaurants and venues. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Great location right by Hickey College. What a really nice stay, no reason to complain.

The hotel was located in a convenient area, close to several great restaurants and all the activities we had planned. The room we stayed in was nice and clean, with a comfortable bed and a beautifully decorated bathroom. The staff members were friendly and helpful, especially the lady who checked us in and the maintenance worker who assisted us with our bags. We also had a great view from our room, overlooking the outdoor spots that unfortunately were all taken.

The parking situation was a bit of a hassle, as there were not enough spaces available and we had to park quite far from the entrance.

The hotel is excellent with updated rooms and extremely comfy beds. the venue offers good meals in the morning with outstanding food. the services are outstanding, including a nice pool. the excellent staff and awesome location make it a great choice!

My recent stay at Sheraton was fantastic! The hotel provided a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport, which made my travel experience hassle-free. The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the convenience of having a sleeper sofa in the room. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and even allowed me to check in early. The complimentary breakfast and evening snacks in the concierge lounge were a nice touch. I had a great experience at Sheraton. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.
